At Your Library: FREE Zoom Yoga

Enjoy Beginner Adult Yoga from the Comfort of Your Home! Explore mindful movement, stillness, and reflection from the comfort of your own home with free Zoom Yoga Classes from Red Deer Public Library. All levels and abilities welcome! The classes rotate through the following yoga styles: Slow Flow: Hatha style class focusing on mobility while linking movements. Yin: Passive and longer holds of postures to target connective tissues. Yang/Yin: Gentle blend of hatha (movement) and yin (holds). Movement & Meditation: Gentle mobility work followed by a guided meditation. Pre-registration required at rdpl.org/events. The Zoom link will be emailed out the day of each class.
