Meditation is fast becoming one of the most effective methods for restoring and maintaining physical and psychological health. This module will focus on Qigong Meditation, an Eastern approach to reducing stress, creating vitality in your body, balancing emotions, focusing your “monkey mind” and moving toward spiritual empowerment. This program will concentrate on three types of qigong meditation: still standing, moving, and still-siting. The intent is to provide each registrant with a routine they can follow at home for the remainder of their lives. Attendees should bring a Yoga mat or beach towel, and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
