Integrating tools from physics, psychology, astrology, shamanism, neurology, physiology, hypnosis, biofeedback, meditation, energy and traditional Chinese medicine.

Lincoln Stoller, PhD, CHt, physicist, neuro-psychotherapist, and author of “The Path to Sleep, Exercises for an Ancient Skill,” will host four live, online classes on the how to improve your sleep both for people with sleep difficulty and those who want to make better use of their sleep and dream time.
