We sell a large assortment of government inspected Manitoba raised meats, including beef, bison, chicken, pork, elk, turkey, lamb, rabbit, also duck & cheese (when available). No antibiotics or growth hormones! All our processed products are made in the store using only quality meats and very low sodium. We do not use wheat, eggs, milk soy or M.S.G. for smoking our meats, we use natural oak or hickory smoke. No liquid smoke is used. For special occasions we smoke chickens and turkeys.
