Since he was a young adult, Will Galick has been interested in health and helping others where he possibly can. Through the study of Kinesiology, he learned how to teach others ways to heal injuries and prevent new ones from occurring. Combining his own experiences in sports and rehabilitating his own injuries, he has learned that there is more to Kinesiology than just teaching people the proper movements, release work, and techniques. Having the ability to support people through their emotional lows, and understanding that the mental side of an injury can be more taxing than the physical side, sets him apart from many others in the Kinesiology field.

- Muscular and fascial release
- Body fat and muscular % testing - No callipers are used
- Standard session length is 60 minutes, unless shorter durations are requested
- Wear clean clothing and shoes which you can move comfortably in
- There is a water fountain, but you may bring your own water bottle if desired
- No gym membership at Anytime Fitness is required to use my services
- There are change rooms, washrooms, showers and lockers available at no extra cost
- Ask if your benefits provider if they cover Kinesiology
- Kinesiology can be covered under many subcategories of your benefits. Such as; Athletic Therapy, Personal Training, Injury Prevention and many more.
- If you or someone you know are currently in an open claim with ICBC, you may request to work with a Kinesiologist
