LIVE WELL is a medical fitness clinic specializing in supervised exercise and healthy lifestyle coaching for people who have chronic health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and for prevention. We think of ourselves as the "anti-gym."  At LIVE WELL, we focus on how you feel, not how you look. This isn’t the place to lose weight as fast as possible or to learn to be a competitive athlete. At LIVE WELL you will fit in, feel comfortable and find exercise fun, social and inspiring!
Trying to lose weight, reduce your cholesterol, decrease your blood pressure, or just get healthier? Our exercise physiologists will tailor a program for your unique needs, ensuring you are in safe and caring hands.

Exercise can improve your A1C levels, blood glucose levels, and glycemic control, all so important to those living with diabetes or pre-diabetes.
Optimized Blood Pressure
Blood pressure is one of the fastest health vitals to improve with exercise. A regular exercise program can lower your blood pressure within weeks.
Lower Cholesterol
Studies show that exercise is by far, the best way to increase your HDL (good cholesterol) which in turn decreases your LDL (bad cholesterol).
Improved Weight Management
