Acupuncture is well-known for its ability to treat pain. It is also particularly useful in resolving physical problems related to tension and stress, as well as emotional and chronic conditions. If you suffer from these kinds of problems, we can help.

Community Acupuncture is the way we deliver acupuncture to you, in a large room filled with recliners and people getting well together.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

This is part of an integrated system of medicine called Traditional Chinese Medicine that has an uninterrupted history of thousands of years. It uses plants and other natural medicines from the Chinese herbal medicine pharmacopeia to treat a variety of health problems. We offer herbal recommendations as part of our acupuncture treatments if appropriate.

Massage Therapy

This is an ancient therapeutic technique considered to be one of the oldest forms of medical treatment. Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body to gain a therapeutic effect. Soft tissues include muscles, skin, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and membranes.

While all manipulation of soft tissues is massage therapy, many of our RMTs (Registered Massage Therapists) specialize in specific forms of treatment.
