Have you ever wondered why our New Year’s resolutions are often forgotten soon after they are made? We say that we desire change, then our non-serving beliefs, limit us along with our self-sabotaging behaviours keep us stuck in our comfort zones. Through Emotional Wellness and Tapping, we look for and release the emotional attachments, non-serving beliefs, and the root causes. What made us start smoking in the first place? What makes us reach for sweets and carbs? What makes us not start the class, heal the relationship, or save more money? Together, let’s make those resolutions stick.
