In our circles, you’ll gain practical tools for nervous system regulation, enhance your body awareness, and connect with others in a supportive community. Each session is unique, offering a blend of FlowFusion, tapping, breathwork, energy healing, meditation, and optional sharing circles, all intuitively guided to meet the group’s needs. Whether you seek deep conversation, movement, or stillness, we embrace whatever arises. Come with an open heart and allow yourself to heal and grow alongside others. Tuesday Wellness Circle: 7 PM (Open to All) | Thursday Women’s Circle: 6:30 PM.
