Healthy Shamrock Shake

1 cup Coconut Milk OR uUnsweenetned Almond Milk OR Reg 2% Milk;
1 cup Ice;
1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla or Mint Extract;
1 large handful Fresh Mint Leaves (to taste);
add 2 TBSP liquid sweenter (or local raw honey)
You can also add: 1/2 a Banana OR 1/2 an avocado OR 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Yogurt for added texture
Blend on high and enjoy! Happy St. Patty’s Day!
