In July, we celebrated International Self-Care Day! This serves as a reminder to prioritize your well-being throughout the entire year. It’s important to dedicate time to wellness and relaxation, as well as engage in activities that nourish your heart. Consider taking a walk through Beacon Hill Park for a natural mood boost, writing in your journal about things you’re grateful for, or attending a workshop focused on nutrition. Remember, self-care is personal and doesn’t need to be elaborate. Take a moment to breathe and be kind to yourself.
