Seniors, postmenopausal women, and those with limited dairy intake are at higher risk. Long-term deficiency can contribute to osteoporosis, making bones weak and fragile. Including calcium-rich foods such as dairy, leafy greens, fortified plant-based milks, and fish with soft bones can help prevent it.
