If you receive a pension from the BC Public Service Plan, we encourage you to join us in the BC Government Retired Employees’ Association. The BCGREA is a non-profit organization. Critically, we can appoint a trustee to the governing board of our Pension Plan, giving us a say in governance. Direct benefits include social engagement via get-togethers, luncheons, walking groups and outings, discounts at a number of businesses and guest speakers of interest to seniors. We also work with other retiree associations in BC and across Canada to advance seniors’ issues and serve as a source of reliable and relevant information to help with your retirement journey.
