Zesty Mac Wrap

Sauce: 1C Mayo; 1/4C sweet pickle relish (or finely diced pickles); 2 TBSP (brown) mustard; 3 TBSP Ketchup; 1 1/2 TSP white vinegar; 1 ¼ TSP paprika; 1 TSP onion powder; 1 TSP garlic powder; 1/4 TSP ground pepper. Filler: 1lb Ground beef; 1 yellow onion, diced; Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste; Head of lettuce (finely chopped/Shredded); 2C Shredded cheddar; Sliced pickles; Instructions: Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Let the sauce rest for 1 hour before serving. Fry ground beef, add in onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, set aside when done. Lay out Tortilla shells, spread sauce in centre of each shell evenly, top with Ground Beef mixture, cover with Lettuce, and cheese and extra sliced pickles. Roll up wrap and Enjoy!
