Men are often less likely to address pain, mobility issues, or stress until symptoms become limiting. In Canada, men account for nearly 70 percent of workplace injury claims involving physical strain, often linked to delayed care and poor movement habits. Physiotherapy supports strength, flexibility, and resilience, reducing risk of chronic pain, sports injuries, and cardiovascular strain through guided exercise and education. Men who engage in regular strength and mobility training are up to 30 percent less likely to experience activity limiting musculoskeletal conditions. June is Men’s Health Month, making it a timely reminder to prioritize prevention, movement, and care early.
