Since 1977, we have provided programs, activities, information, resources and community support services for older adults, their families and caregivers. We aim to support older adults age in the place that is right for them, and to offer enriching activities and opportunities in support of healthy active aging for older adults in Red Deer and surrounding communities. We have a variety of exercise and activity programs, volunteer drivers for medical rides and a Brokered Worker program to assist with light housekeeping and yard maintenance.
