Practising activities that nurture our WHOLE SELF, such as being aware of breathing; walking outside in the balance of nature; feeling the vibration of sound in our singing, whistling, listening, or dancing; and noticing and remembering our own words of wisdom, such as ‘I’m okay about this’.
