Ingredients: 1 zucchini, chopped and peeled; 1 carrot, chopped and peeled; 1/2 napa cabbage, chopped; 1 green pepper, thinly sliced; 2 stalk green onions, minced; 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented; 1 lime, peeled and segmented; 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped; 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped; 2 handful bean sprouts.
