Being in these environments reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, and improves mood. Camping immersing you in fresh air and natural light, which can improve sleep patterns and mental clarity. Baby Boomer Recognition Day
Baby Boomers Recognition Day is August 17. We couldn’t be more thrilled to honor a generation who are among the largest population in the country. The “Boomers” (1946 – 1964) are now between the ages of 61 and 79. Theirs was an eventful era; early Boomers were prime instigators of cultural movements and significant societal changes, and powerful forces to be reckoned with, they lived through a number of significant events: first generation to receive polio immunizations, first manned space mission and first lunar landing were also witnessed by boomers. Baby Boomers represent almost a quarter of the population. We celebrate you!
Boost Performance & Prevent Injury
Warming up before a round of golf is essential to improve performance and preventing injuries. A proper warm-up also reduces muscle stiffness and the risk of strains, especially in the shoulders, back, and wrists—key areas used in golf. It increases blood flow to muscles, enhancing flexibility and range of motion, which helps you swing more smoothly and accurately. Additionally, warming up also mentally prepares your focus and concentration on the course. Taking even 5-10 minutes to stretch can make a big difference in your game and overall comfort.
