Add beef, season with salt, pepper. Cook until done, 10 minutes. Transfer to plate. 2) Return skillet, add remaining butter, mushrooms. Cook until golden, 7 minutes. Season, add garlic, cook 1 minute. 3) Add broth, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire, Dijon, paprika to skillet. Simmer, stir. 4) Return beef, combine. Serve over cauliflower rice, garnish with parsley.
