Warm, creamy, and packed with nourishing flavors, this Chicken Curry Soup is both comforting and easy to make. In a large pot, melt ¼ cup coconut oil over medium heat, then sauté 1 chopped onion, 2 sliced celery stalks, 1 sliced carrot, salt, and pepper until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cooked chicken and 1–3 tablespoons curry powder, cooking for another 2 minutes. Add 1 peeled, chopped apple, 4 cups chicken broth, and 1 can coconut milk, then bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend beautifully. Serve warm and enjoy!
Avoid the Winter Blues
The Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines suggest adults should perform at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise per week, as well as two sessions of muscle and bone strengthening activities, to achieve physical AND mental health benefits. Your physiotherapist can tailor an exercise program designed specifically for you to do inside with minimal space (to help avoid the cold weather!), and with equipment everyone has around their home. At 30 minutes per day, the benefits of exercise are countless, while the side effects are minimal.

Spring Clean Your Body with BodyTalk
Your body has a built-in garbage disposal system—the lymphatic system—responsible for clearing toxins and maintaining fluid balance. However, blockages or sluggish flow can hinder its effectiveness. BodyTalk helps stimulate lymph movement by guiding the body and mind to focus on clearing stagnation. A BodyTalk practitioner communicates with the body to uncover the underlying reasons for sluggishness, promoting natural healing. Some practitioners are also trained in Lymphatic Drainage via Veltheim Method (VM), offering additional support for detoxification. Give your body a fresh start this spring with BodyTalk and encourage optimal lymphatic flow for better health and vitality!
