INGREDIENTS: ¾ cup CO-OP GOLD Mayonnaise; ¼ cup CO-OP GOLD Sour Cream; 2 tsp orange zest; 1½ tbsp CO-OP GOLD Red Wine Vinegar; 1 cup green cabbage, shredded; 1 cup red cabbage, shredded; 1 cup Brussels sprouts, shredded; 1 cup cauliflower, shredded; ½ cup red onion, finely sliced; ½ cup Granny Smith apple, sliced; 3 tbsp sunflower seeds; 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds; 3 tbsp dried cranberries; ½ tsp salt. DIRECTIONS: Add dressing ingredients (mayo, sour cream, orange zest and vinegar) in a small bowl, whisking well to combine. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add desired amount of dressing, mixing with a wooden spoon until well combined. Enjoy!
