Support Through Grief

Grief can affect every part of our lives, bringing feelings of sadness, anger, guilt, confusion, or loss. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, a health challenge, or a major life change, you do not have to face it alone. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can express your emotions and honor your unique experience. Through conversation, reflection, mindfulness, and spiritual support, we can explore ways to navigate grief that feel meaningful to you. My role is not to provide quick solutions, but to walk alongside you as you find healing, resilience, and hope.

Staying on Track This Summer

Summer is filled with vacations, family activities, and social events, making it easy for fitness routines to take a back seat. The key to staying on track is planning ahead and making exercise a regular part of your schedule. Setting realistic goals, booking workouts in advance, and choosing activities you enjoy can help maintain consistency. Indoor fitness classes are a great option when temperatures are high or schedules are unpredictable. Even short workouts can make a difference when done regularly. By prioritizing movement and staying flexible with your routine, you can maintain your fitness progress and enjoy a healthy, active summer.

Building Summer Resilience

Summer schedules are often less structured. We see later nights, travel, camps and more spontaneity. While that freedom is beautiful, it can also challenge routines, sleep and regulation. The nervous system’s job is to help the body adapt to change. When it’s supported, you recover faster from busy days, heat, travel and activity. Chiropractic care helps improve that adaptability so your body doesn’t stay stuck in stress mode. Summer health isn’t about perfection, it’s about resilience.

Are You Wearing SPF?

Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer and occurs when skin cells grow abnormally, often due to excessive exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. The three main types are basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma, with melanoma being the most serious. Skin cancer can appear as a new growth, a sore that does not heal, or changes in an existing mole. While it can affect anyone, the risk increases with frequent sun exposure and sunburns. Protecting the skin with SPF clothing, shade, and natural sunscreen and recognizing early warning signs can help.

Incorporating massage therapy into your self-care routine can help restore balance to both body and mind. Regular treatments support muscle relaxation, improve circulation, and reduce the physical effects of everyday stress. Taking time for yourself on a consistent basis is not a luxury, but a key part of maintaining long-term wellness. Massage therapy offers a dedicated pause from busy schedules, allowing the nervous system to reset and recharge. Prioritizing self-care through therapeutic touch can enhance sleep quality, improve mood, and support overall resilience. Making massage a regular part of your wellness plan helps you feel more energized and balanced naturally.

Regular deliveries ensure you always have fresh blooms to enjoy, making self care easy and consistent. Give yourself the gift of beauty, relaxation, and happiness all year long with fresh flowers.

Improve Your Focus & Concentration

Very often the brain and nervous system become fatigued and overloaded. Much like a computer receiving too much data all at once, the brain can become overwhelmed, slow down, or even crash. This can result in an inability to focus, brain fog, memory loss, ADD/ADHS-like symptoms, a “wired” feeling, or the inability to cope with daily life. The key to turning these conditions around is to give the body what it needs to strengthen specific areas of the brain and nervous system. This can be achieved naturally with specialized nutritional formulations, which will replenish the body and alleviate symptoms.
