Are you looking to start off your New Year Resolution to eat Healther? Try this health conscious recipe. Ingredients: 16 ounces fat-free Cream Cheese; 2 large Carrots grated; 1 Red Bell Pepper finely diced; 1 Cup Bacon (optioal), fried, drained and patted of all remaining grease/fat, and crumbled into small pieces; ½ -3/4 C Fresh Parsley chopped; 1 PKG Powdered Ranch Dressing. With an electric mixer beat the Cream Cheese until smooth, mix in powdered Ranch Dressing, fold in Carrots, Peppers, and Parsley (and optional Bacon) into the Cream Cheese mixture until creamy. For a thinner spread you could add a few tablespoons of non-flavored Plain Greek Yogurt to the Cream Cheese Mixture, (You can also substitie Diary Free Cream Cheese & Yogurt options). Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite Crackers, Pita Chips, or even Celery Sticks!
