You get accountability, individualized coaching, and a motivating group atmosphere—all at a more accessible price point. SGPT typically involves 2–6 participants working with a certified personal trainer. Workouts are progressive. We ensure your form and intensity match your goals. You’ll experience the fun and camaraderie of a team environment.
