Our Instructor
Founder of Kurrent Motion, Karrie Blackburn, discovered hooping in the Summer 2009. What began as a fun way to exercise and lose weight, quickly grew in to her passion. Since then, she has traveled to over 15 countries with her hoops learning, teaching, and performing. Karrie is a certified Hoop Instructor through Hoop Play Canada as well as Hooplovers Australia. With over 3 years of teaching experience, Karrie hosts hoop fitness classes in community centres and schools across Winnipeg and Manitoba.

ABOUT US
Chuck Lapensee opened A Pet Lovers Warehouse in 1991, with the vision of providing the pet owners in Brandon and the Westman area, with quality pet foods and accessories at affordable prices. Over the years, the business enjoyed growth, due primarily to the dedication of Chuck and his staff to customer service and providing most people’s best friend, their pet, with both daily essentials, and the periodic gifts and treats that all pets enjoy.
After a change in ownership, the business continued to grow and in April of 2013, we moved to our expanded facility on 2030 Park Avenue. The new store enabled us to expand our product lines in our new location with over 4000 square feet of retail space and an attached warehouse that has allowed us to always maintain a good backup inventory.
Our goal today, as it has been in the past, is to provide the best customer service, product knowledge, selection, and value to the pet owner in the Westman area, in a friendly, comfortable shopping environment.
