Hydration is key to healthy tissues, so make sure you are drinking enough water (no, coffee doesn’t count). A general guide for how much water to drink is: half your weight in pounds in ounces of water, or if you’re going metric: 1/30th of your weight in kilograms in litres. Here is an example of the math for you. If you weigh 200lbs you would need to drink 100oz of water (that math in metric is: 90kg would drink 3 litres). Dehydration can lead to increased tension, lack of mobility, and muscle cramps, among other things so drink up!

May is Better Speech & Hearing Month!
Did you know that the entire month of May is dedicated to Better Speech and Hearing? During May, the hearing care industry makes a special effort to educate the public about hearing loss. Helen Keller once said that of all her sensory deprivations, she most missed her ability to hear. She noted that while blindness kept her separate from things, hearing loss separated her from people. Hearing impairment not only affects your ability to understand speech, but it also has a negative impact on your social and emotional well-being, as you struggle to carry on meaningful conversations and avoid activities.
Mental Health Awareness
May is Mental Health Month in Canada. People are encouraged to learn and talk with others about mental health issues. The most common mental health issues are anxiety disorders, major depression and bipolar disorder. These medical conditions can affect many different aspects of a person including; Thought processes, Emotions, Behaviours, Capacity to connect with others and Ability to cope with stress. To promote mental health well-being, engage in regular physical activity, maintain social connections, pursue hobbies, and seek professional help if needed. It’s also important to have open communication about mental health.
Tuning Fork Energetic Reset
A Sonic Meridian Flow in Biofield Tuning is a gentle yet powerful technique. It uses the vibration of tuning forks on the body to trace and clear the body’s meridian pathways, helping to release stagnant energy and restore energetic flow. By applying sound through these forks, it supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a sense of balance and coherence. This process acts like an energetic reset, flushing out blockages and leaving clients feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
