This eclipse will challenge anything to do with personal plans, strong feelings, and independence. This is all about new beginnings regarding these issues that arise, so stay positive because this just means that long term changes are on the rise! Build Your Mental Hygiene at Work

Your level of mental fitness can often determine your ability to deal with stressful situations, thrive through change and ultimately, perform at your best. Just try one at a time! 1) Do a round of gratitude at each meeting 2) Write down one thing you achieved and felt great about each day. 3) Practice acceptance of what you don’t like, but can’t change.

Albert Einstein says: “There are only two ways to live your life; one is as though nothing is a miracle, the other is as though everything is a miracle”. What would it take for YOU to live each day as if it was your last? What would need to change? Who would you spend it with and how would you choose to spend your time? Anything you would want to resolve, share, create or impart? What would you want to savor and fully enjoy on your last day on earth in this body? Collect all this precious wisdom and begin living it daily. Saying yes fully and unapologetically to what brings you joy and no thank you to what depletes and drains you. Daring to live and love fully!

BRHC Foundation Thanks Canadian Tire

The BRHC Foundation would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Canadian Tire and Jim & Karen Crighton for their generosity and ongoing support of the BRHC Foundation! This year their annual donation will go towards the purchase of a mini c-arm for the Operating Room at the Brandon Regional Health Centre.
