Ease pain and improve heart health. Better sleep reduces stress. YOGA ANYWHERE: Belly Breathing: Sit straight or lay face-up. Hand on chest and one on belly. Exhale everything, big sigh, belly empties and shallows. Close your mouth and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. When you breathe in, you want your belly to fill with air and get bigger like a balloon. Repeat. Find a class that suits your needs.
