If my body were a car, I would trade it for a newer model. Every time I cough, sputter, or sneeze, my radiant leaks and my exhaust backfires.

Maintain Your Eye Health
As we grow older, we often gain wisdom, stories, and a deeper appreciation for life. But our eyes might need a little extra care along the way. Eye health is especially important for seniors, as vision changes can happen gradually and sometimes go unnoticed until they start affecting everyday life.
Think of your eyes like a favorite pair of reading glasses. They are reliable, hardworking, and deserving of proper care. Regular eye exams can help catch common age-related conditions early, such as cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. The good news? Many of these can be managed effectively when detected in time.
Maintaining good eye health doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple habits can make a big difference:
– eating a balanced diet rich in leafy greens and colorful fruits,
– staying active,
– protecting your eyes from UV rays with sunglasses,
– keeping chronic conditions like diabetes under control.
– And yes, taking breaks from screens matters too, even if it’s just to admire the view outside your window!
Whether it’s reading a beloved book, recognizing a friend’s smile, or enjoying a sunset, healthy eyesight helps keep those moments bright and meaningful.
