Early Detection Saves Lives

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month! The month is dedicated to raising awareness of colorectal cancer and promoting healthy lifestyles to reduce the risk of developing it. Early detection saves lives—regular screenings can catch colorectal cancer in its early stages when treatment is most effective. If you’re 45 or older, or have a family history, talk to your doctor about getting screened. Prioritize your health this March! When caught early, colorectal cancer (CRC) is 90% curable. Although this disease can occur at any age, the good news is that it is preventable, treatable, and beatable!

Frequencies for Self-Healing

Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are all around us in natural and man-made devices such as cell phones, microwaves, Bluetooth, and wireless internet. Some studies suggest that they are not dangerous and don’t impose any side effects. Unfortunately, many people complain about the damage that seems to be caused by EMFs—everything from headaches, nausea, and fatigue to various cancers, birth defects, and even death. We can protect ourselves from potential harm created by long-term EMF exposure by using the technology of the RAYD8 REGEN. It will support the body in detoxification and strengthen it for self-healing. Special Offer: 50% off your first session.

Watch Out for Caregiver Burnout

Caregiver burnout is the emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion that occurs when caring for others. Family caregivers who are experiencing burnout may feel depression, anxiety, fatigue, and even physical ailments such as pain or illness. If you are a caregiver for a loved one, be honest about how much care you can realistically provide. Seek help, such as by talking to a trusted friend or co-worker; find a support group; and be realistic about your loved one’s state of health. Recognize that it may be time to hire outside caregivers. We are here to help.

Seniors & Heart Health

Maintaining heart health is crucial for seniors, as aging increases the risk of cardiovascular conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, and arrhythmias. Lifestyle changes can significantly improve heart health in older adults. Regular physical activity, such as walking or swimming, strengthens the heart and lowers cholesterol. A heart-healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins helps manage weight and blood pressure. Avoiding tobacco, limiting alcohol, and managing stress are essential. Seniors should monitor heart health through routine check-ups, addressing conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure promptly. Early detection and healthy habits promote longevity and overall well-being.

Wealth of “Real Wellth”

Wealth is understood as having money and possessions (our net worth). However, you may have also heard that ‘money cannot buy happiness.’. By shifting the concept of wealth to “Wellth”, we shift the priority from finding the tangible/objective (wealth) to the internally realized/subjective (wellth), creating greater wellness and health for the individual and communities. By emphasizing “real,” we highlight that it is in the here and now, not focused on the future or past. Building wellness and health today makes us wealthy, which supports our idea of “Real Wellth” and why it needs to be a priority.

Health of “Real Wellth”

Happy New Year!! Furthering the explanation of “Real Wellth” as a concept, the common themes that emerge as we look at what “health” means in today’s society explain how health is a complex, multifaceted function within the individual and community/society. It is more than a lack of disease or challenge; it is both a process and a resource, and health can be gained and/or lost. Understanding what “health” means and then proactively focusing on building personal and community health perpetuates more health for everyone. Pay attention to your health, engage in healthy living, and make it a priority!

Interesting Ear Facts

Ears, beyond hearing, are remarkable for several reasons: *They aid balance, *get bigger throughout life due to natural aging and gravity, *are self-cleaning, *remain alert even during sleep, and *house delicate non-regenerating hair cells crucial for hearing. The ears also regulate pressure changes via the Eustachian tube and are connected to the nose and throat as part of an intricate system. Having two ears helps us figure out which direction sounds are coming from. If you or a family member are concerned about hearing loss, book a free consultation today.
