When the responsibility and cost of homeownership become overwhelming, it may be a good time to sell the family home. Today’s seniors have the option to live in beautiful surroundings where their independence is respected but assistance is available if required. The best time to start looking for options is before you have to do so. Retirement communities are great places for retirees to make new friends, have new experiences, and make wonderful memories. We should all strive every day to learn something new or meet someone new—it’s what keeps us young at heart!

Expand Your Frequencies
Biofield Tuning is more than simply raising our frequencies; it is also about expanding the full spectrum of them. The biofield—our electromagnetic field that surrounds and interpenetrates the body—holds the energetic imprint of our personal and ancestral history. Emotional blocks, unresolved traumas, and inherited patterns can create distortions in this field. Through the process of tuning, we can locate and smooth out these disturbances, supporting a return to energetic balance, clarity, and wholeness. Contact me for a free consultation.

May is Eye Health Month
Senior eye health is essential for maintaining independence and quality of life. As we age, the risk of eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy increases. Regular eye exams can detect these issues early, improving the chances of effective treatment. Seniors may also experience changes in vision clarity, color perception, and tear production. Protecting eye health includes managing chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, wearing sunglasses to block UV rays, eating a nutrient-rich diet, and avoiding smoking. Staying proactive with eye care helps seniors preserve their vision and continue enjoying daily activities safely and confidently.

How Much Water Should You Drink?
Hydration is key to healthy tissues, so make sure you are drinking enough water (no, coffee doesn’t count). A general guide for how much water to drink is: half your weight in pounds in ounces of water, or if you’re going metric: 1/30th of your weight in kilograms in litres. Here is an example of the math for you. If you weigh 200lbs you would need to drink 100oz of water (that math in metric is: 90kg would drink 3 litres). Dehydration can lead to increased tension, lack of mobility, and muscle cramps, among other things so drink up!
