De-Stress to Support Your Immune System

While living in a pandemic and adjusting to a new “normal”, it is natural that one would experience an increase in stress and anxiety. Did you know that stress weakens our immune system and increases our
chances of contracting illness and disease? You can reduce stress and strengthen your immune system
by practicing self-care. Practice deep breathing, meditation, eat healthy, well-balanced meals, exercise, and get plenty of sleep. Take time to unwind and do something you love. Unplug from all media sources. Find something to be grateful for every day, and be kind to yourself and others
