Need Some Fitness in Your Life?

Looking for a way to incorporate fitness into your life? Join us at Parks and Recreation for some great drop-in options. Classes are held at Oliver Woods, and the cost is $11 per class. * H.I.I.T Classes: Monday and Wednesday at 5:15-6:15 pm or Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45-7:30 am * Rookie Boot Camp: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:15-10:15 am * Morning Butts & Gutts: Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30 am or 5:45-6:45 pm *Tabata: Tuesdays, 9:15-10:15 am * Full Figure Fitness: Mondays, 10:30-11:20 am.
