Nature provides us with an opportunity to slow down, release the thoughts in our minds and connect with our body and soul. When we immerse in nature it allows us to enter a meditative state, slow down and become more present. We encourage you to take some time out in nature this spring and summer to slow down and reconnect with your soul! We have several opportunities this summer to join us on an outdoor adventure that will allow you to slow down and be more present. We are offering WhatSUP Wednesday, a free community paddle two Wednesday’s every month and a monthly Full Moon Paddle.
