Spring has Sprung

With the warm weather upon us many have begun spring rituals of raking, mowing, and digging. Here are a few tips that you can use to minimize your chance of developing repetitive strain. Rotate tasks and only perform that task for a limited amount of time. Try switching tasks every 15 minutes and continue rotating so it gives your muscles a rest while working the other. Use ergonomically correct tools for the job. When possible, bring work surface to you instead of bending over it. Try not to bend at waist but bend at knees to prevent back injury.
