Stay Strong Nanaimo!

Everybody knows how important fresh air and exercise are to our physical and mental health, but as we fight the spread of COVID-19, please remember to practice physical distancing while visiting Nanaimo’s parks and trails. That means staying 2 metres (6 feet) away from those who are not part of your household. Go single file when you pass others on a path or trail and only come out if you are well.
