Building the skill of resilience is important any time, but even more with a global pandemic filled with uncertainty. Being resilient doesn’t mean we are a symbol of strength during hard times. It means we can persevere and come out stronger. Most, if not all of us, have bad days and feel anxious or depressed. And that is OKAY. Follow these top tips to weather the storm and come out stronger. 1) Practice gratitude daily. 2) Be okay with not being okay. 3) Exercise self care with daily physical activity, good food and mindfulness. 4) Practice optimism.
