What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural, safe, and effective method to help you gain control over undesired behavior and affects positive change in every aspect of your life. Hypnosis is achieved by the intentional creation of deep state of relaxation, which allows your subconscious to become highly responsive to suggestion. While in “Hypnosis” you are completely awake and in a state of heightened awareness. All progresses and changes come from within you. As your therapist, I do not control you. I simply guide you. I guide you through the process, which can empower you to create the change you desire.
