Seniors’ Financial Wellness

To raise a child, but I like to use that mantra to describe a health team. I am of the firm belief that healing modalities complement each other and work together to help your body heal and be its best. I am lucky to be able to list on my personal health “team” my physician, chiropractor, massage therapist, physiotherapist, and of course, myself.
