Hydrate and Cleanse

Everyone knows that hydrating yourself is a healthy way to live. Now there is a way to go even deeper.
Colon Hydrotherapy is the process of gently infusing purified warm water into the colon via an FDA approved device, to hydrate and cleanse the bowel of accumulated waste and toxins. This process helps the colon to strengthen and normalize bowel function. Unlike an enema, colon hydrotherapy reaches the entire length of the large intestine. Some clients have experienced clearer skin, easier bowel movements, increased energy, improved sleep, increased nutrient absorption, and relief from constipation just to name a few.

Consistency Breeds Success

“I’ve tried everything, but nothing works!” Have you ever said that? It’s true. Quick-fixes don’t “work.” That is, they won’t do the hard work for you. Fad diets set you up for failure with unrealistic expectations of being fast and easy. To add to the struggle, it’s the age of too much information, but not enough help. No wonder we feel overwhelmed. It’s often hard to know where to begin. Keep it simple. Start with 1 small habit you can consistently do: perhaps, walking 10 minutes per day. Once you master that habit, BUILD on it. Don’t stop doing the first habit. Consistency breeds success and imperfect action ALWAYS beats perfect inaction.

Beyond Setting SMART goals

You know how goals should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely? Let’s add to that! Find a role model for a new approach or try visualizing. Say consistent positive affirmations or meditate to maintain focus – even small acts help and release doubts. Read, learn, and listen to things that will aid you on your quest. REALLY believe in yourself. You can do this! If it’s not perfect, relax. Next time will be better. Know that even if not all your goals are met, they will be there when you are ready for the next set of triumphs. Keep that passion burning!
