Anxious to Calm
At least 1 in 4 Canadians deal with an anxiety disorder in their lifetime. RDPCN designed an interactive 8-week group program where participants learn to challenge their thoughts, behaviors and emotions, and make healthy lifestyle choices. A recent participant shared, “The program gave me a plan and the skills to feel better. It helped me be accountable to myself and it was life changing.” 100% of past participants experienced a decrease in their anxiety (53% average decrease). For more info call 403-343-9100.

Product Profile: The Beam™
Did you know that 80% of Canadians will experience back tension? Pam Kats, RMT from Calgary, Alberta, explains, “As a massage therapist, I see a lot of people with back and neck tension and it often stems from their posture at a desk and computer. Our clients like the open, relaxed posture they can maintain at home with The Beam™.” Brandi G., from Vancouver, BC, shares, “I like to put my Beam™ at the back of my chair. It keeps my posture straight, which reduces tension in my shoulders. I’m so grateful for this product.”
