Clean Eating: Eatmore Sprouts Mixed-Bean Salsa
Ingredients: 6 ripe tomatoes, 1 green and 1 red bell pepper, 1 avocado, 1 small red onion, 225g package of Eatmore Mixed Bean Sprouts, 1 jalapeno pepper, 2 cloves of garlic (crushed) handful of chopped fresh cilantro, juice of one lime. Dice all ingredients and combine in a bowl with Eatmore Mixed Bean Sprouts. Refrigerate a few hours. Serve with organic tortilla chips or Belgium Endive leaves for dipping.

Ever since local mixed media artist Sally Towers-Sybblis was a child, she had a passion for creating. She believes her process is simple: start and the painting will evolve and finish itself. Sally loves to use colour in her work; the more colour, the happier the work becomes. “I want my work to reflect a sense of fun and spontaneity!” she says. Plan to TREAT, not CHEAT
