Social health is our ability to create meaningful and rewarding relationships with other people. Feeling connected makes us feel loved and valued and this in turn has a positive effect on our health. If you’re looking to improve your social health, consider signing up for a virtual or in-person class at a senior centre. Victoria Lifeline’s GoSafe personal help button can also help you feel safe while you look for ways to stay active and connected.
