INGREDIENTS: 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp brown sugar, ½ apple, diced small, 3 cups SUNRYPE apple juice, ½ cup walnuts, ½ cup raisins, ¼ tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, ¼ cup water, ½ cup CO-OP GOLD Large Flake Oats, ½ cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp CO-OP GOLD PURE Maple Syrup. DIRECTIONS: Combine butter, sugar and apple in medium pot and cook over medium heat for one minute. Add apple juice, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and water. Bring to a simmer and add oats.
