Body Sculpting: Fast, Effective, & Lasting
HIEMT Body Sculpting Technology delivers the benefits of muscle development and fat reduction in just 30-minute in-clinic sessions, typically requiring 4 to 6 sessions for optimal results. It enhances metabolic rates around muscles, producing a 16% muscle gain and a 15% fat reduction after four sessions spaced two weeks apart. HIEMT stands apart from methods like CoolSculpting and SculpSure as it indirectly targets fat through muscle stimulation. While it can significantly define the body, the best outcomes arise from a combination of HIEMT, a balanced diet, and regular exercise, particularly benefitting those already in shape and those within a typical BMI range seeking notable and enduring improvements.

In the same skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the green beans, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until they’re bright green and tender yet slightly crunchy. Squeeze fresh lemon juice (2 tablespoons) over the beans and cook for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat, toss in the toasted almonds, and serve immediately for a flavorful side dish.
