Brella Society allows individuals to stay engaged in the community even if it is from the comfort of their own home. We offer programs that stimulate an individual’s cognition, provide emotional support, food security and have them engaged in physical activities. Our priority is the well-being of the seniors in our community; therefore, we take initiative in advocating for them and assisting them in navigating support.

IonCleanse: Holistic Detox Solution

The IonCleanse by AMD foot bath offers comprehensive detoxification in two ways; during the therapy session, as well as for a number of days afterwards when mobilized toxins are released into the toilet. Our patented program generates both negative and positive ions through water electrolysis, which enables them to mobilize both positively and negatively charged toxins that are stored throughout the body. AMD’s Heavy Metal Study, by Genova Diagnostics, revealed significant heavy metal excretion over five days following a foot bath. Proactive health entails focusing on diet, exercise, and detoxification. The IonCleanse by AMD Ionic detox foot bath effectively aids detoxification in this holistic approach.

Check Your Child’s Posture

Kids spend about 33 hours on screens each week, found a study that surveyed more than 1,400 parents. Now look at their posture when they are looking at their devices. They often assume this gargoyle like pose for hours. Though it may seem like they are just wasting time, they are also damaging their spine. The Canadian Society of Pediatrics state infants aged 0-2 years should not have any exposure to technology, 3-5 years be restricted to one hour per day, and 6-18 years restricted to two hours per day. See a chiropractor for a gentle adjustment to get your child’s spine back in properly alignment.
