Spring Clean Your Energy
Spring is not just for tidying. It is a perfect time to refresh your home and your energy. In Feng Shui, clutter blocks the natural flow of energy, leaving spaces feeling heavy and draining. Seasonal decluttering helps restore balance, clarity, and harmony in your environment. Crystals such as clear quartz, selenite, and black tourmaline support this process by cleansing and stabilizing energy wherever they are placed, including entryways, windows, and workspaces. When you combine decluttering with crystal energy, your home feels brighter and calmer. Enhance your spring refresh by using the VitaJuwel Treat Series for space clearing, laundry, bed and bath, paired with the AüRAUM ShelTURRETed JEMiSt spray. What is PCOS?
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a complex hormonal condition that can present in several patterns. Four commonly described types include insulin-resistant PCOS, post-pill PCOS, inflammatory PCOS, and adrenal PCOS. Each type has different underlying drivers, which can influence treatment strategies. For example, insulin resistance may contribute to irregular cycles and metabolic changes, while inflammation or stress hormones may play a larger role in other presentations. Naturopathic care focuses on identifying these contributing factors through clinical assessment and laboratory testing, then supporting hormonal balance with individualized nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and targeted supplements to help regulate cycles, improve metabolic health, and support overall wellbeing.

Avoid Injury This Spring
Spring means two things: yard work and stiff, sore muscles. Stretching to prepare muscles for strenuous activities that have not been done since fall is very important. Simple things like doing arm circles, shrugging your shoulders, and touching your toes should be done before and after activity. If you do over-exert and your neck, shoulder, arm, or back pain is not going away within a week, there are natural alternatives that can help. Options such as designed nutritional formulations and NIR Therapy will reduce inflammation and stimulate muscle repair to help you recover quickly and get back to enjoying spring.
Aging in Place with Homecare
Aging in place refers to an older adult’s ability to continue living in their own home safely as physical, cognitive, or health needs change. Research and experience show that remaining in a familiar environment can support independence, emotional well‑being, and overall quality of life. Homecare helps make aging in place possible through consistent, personalized care. Caregivers support daily needs such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping, while also providing companionship and reassurance. With the right homecare support, seniors can remain at home longer, families can feel confident in their loved one’s safety, and care can evolve without disrupting daily life.

April is Oral Health Month
Oral health is important for everyone, including denture wearers. Gum disease, dental decay, and tooth loss are some of the main problems that denture wearers experience, so it is important to take good care of your gums, any remaining natural teeth, and to keep your partial or complete denture(s) clean and properly fitted! If gums, natural teeth, partials, and complete dentures are not cleaned properly, you are likely to experience a build-up of plaque, leading to bad breath, cavities, gum disease and further tooth loss. Denturists and dental hygienists play an integral role in the maintenance of your oral health. Be sure to book an appointment today.
