Many suffer with pain and inflammation because they have been taught it is just part of the aging process. Fortunately, it does not have to be that way. There is so much that can be done. First step is to discover what is causing the pain and inflammation; dehydration, parasites, repetitive stress, improper diet, lifestyle, among other things. When inflammation is reduced, vibrancy and increased energy return along with new possibilities. Stop allowing the pain and inflammation from running your life. How Successful is Therapeutic Hypnosis?

When seeking help for a problem, you must decide on the type of therapy that will help you the most. If you need to understand and talk about why you feel and act a certain way, consider psychotherapy or psychoanalysis. But when you are really ready for a change, give serious consideration to therapeutic hypnosis. It offers a deep and rapid clearing of blocks with long-lasting results. Your Feet and You

Feet. To some, the word brings up images of trails and mountains, kids running in playgrounds and walking beside a lake. For others, it just brings up feelings of pain and annoyance. Feet connect our bodies to the earth and help most of us get from Point A to Point B but do we take proper care of them? Do they cause us pain but we don’t know why? Taking proper care of our feet early on in life can help us live a longer and more productive life. Join us on April 16 to learn how you can care for your feet.

Bowenwork Therapy for Frozen Shoulder

Do you experience joint pain or restriction in range of motion? As a Bowen Therapist, one of the complaints I see is Frozen Shoulder. This very painful condition often takes 1-2 years to “thaw”. Bowen Works patient Barb says, “In 2014, I suffered with two frozen shoulders. I was in excruciating pain and had very limited mobility. I tried other treatments but they were painful and didn’t help. I had not heard of Bowen Therapy before but after 5 treatments both shoulders were completely healed”. Bowen Therapy is safe, pain-free, and very effective in the treatment of Frozen Shoulder.

Embracing Change

Many of us were raised to be strong and to do it on our own. However our world continues to change with increased knowledge and ever changing technology. This in turn makes change so much more challenging. Change can be overwhelming but today there are resources and support available. Having support is very empowering and expedites success. It increases your self-confidence, mindset, relationships, communication, work-life balance, health and longevity. Look for a coach, mentor, or advisor who will hold your visions, see your success and guide you to seeing the solutions within you, they will be your best cheerleader.
