Your level of mental fitness can often determine your ability to deal with stressful situations, thrive through change and ultimately, perform at your best. We know it’s important but how many of us commit time every day as we do with our physical hygiene? Here are a few mental hygiene practices you can incorporate into your day and/or encourage others at work to practice. Just try one at a time! 1) Do a round of gratitude at each meeting 2) Write down one thing you achieved and felt great about each day. 3) Practice acceptance of what you don’t like, but can’t change.

Collect all this precious wisdom and begin living it daily. Saying yes fully and unapologetically to what brings you joy and no thank you to what depletes and drains you. Importance of Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 plays an essential role in red blood cell formation, nerve function, cell metabolism and DNA production. It can be found in meat, poultry, fish and dairy, or as a supplement. Your body can store vitamin B12 for many years so most individuals will not have a B12 deficiency. However, the following people may be more prone to deficiency: vegetarians/vegans, older adults, or people with digestive tract conditions that affect the absorption of nutrients. Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to fatigue, anemia, muscle weakness, intestinal problems, nerve damage, and mood disturbances. Clean Eating: Omelet Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients: 2 bell peppers, halved (seeds removed); 8 eggs, lightly beaten; 1/4 c. milk; 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled; 1 c. shredded cheddar; 2 tbsp. finely chopped chives, plus more for garnish; kosher salt; black pepper. Directions: Preheat oven to 400°. Place peppers in a large baking dish and bake 5 minutes. Meanwhile, beat together eggs and milk. Stir in turkey bacon, cheese and chives and season with salt and pepper. When peppers are done baking, pour egg mixture into peppers. Place back in the oven and bake 35 to 40 minutes more, until eggs are set. Garnish with more chives and serve.
